I’ve tried to add several legitimate boarding passes by uploading or scanning. The app refused them multiple times.
I don’t know what their gain is; collecting money on the users behalf or access to bank accounts. Either way, it’s a SCAM. I’m deleting the app and notifying my bank.

Its very great easy and fast application and i am very happy and satisfied by their services and when ever i have any questions i just mail them and i got instant reply and solutions very helpful application

It's easy to use the application. I was regularly informed by the staff about the process and received the compensation for the delayed flight 9 days after the flight. I recommend.

Excellent app and service! I use it on every flight.

I experienced some delay with the payment. I received the confirmation for the payment a week later after my flight and than I should wait for 5 more days for the finalisation of the transaction. I am still happy with the app but I just would like to say that the payment is not “immediate” as they pretend.

I had a 2 hour delay and the first thing I saw when I lended was a message from Colibra saying that I should be eligible for some money refund. They took a day or two to check my ticket and my flight and then money appeared in my account. Super smooth, they ware always in touch with me via email to tell me what’s next. Great experience!

The only company that pays compensation during the Covid-19 situation. It`s my second time to receive a small compensation for my plane delay, a bit over than one hour. Some extra money to spend on food and drinks at the airport while waiting for the delayed aircraft. I will continue using their services in the future. For sure!

I just recently found Colibra and I am happy I got in touch with them. They were fast, providing me with clear information and steps what to do. In the end, I got some money back from my cancelled flight. They were my mediator dealing with the flight company and I think without Colibra I would never have got any money back.

About 24 hours after the flight delay I received my money in my bank account. They sent me emails for every step of the procedure. No documents needed.
