Pick up confusing
I’m not sure if this is with Coliback or DHL. When buying the label to return, I opted for DHL and paid more than 15€, hoping I would be able to change the pick up address or leave it at a normal pickup place. At the end, it was not possible neither of the options, because it was a different service.
After the pick up occurred, everything went smoothly, but prior to that it was confusing.
