ColdCuts//HotWax did really well on my first order which was a pre-order that took a while to actually become available (not their fault, that was the absurdity of pressing vinyl these days).

I could hardly believe the postage rate they were offering for a 12" to the EU (the lowest I've seen anywhere), but they totally delivered.

So yeah based on that I thought they really deserve me leaving a little review.

These guys are brilliant! Super friendly service and completely on the ball. Local pickup option works like a dream. The fact they offer frequent discounts is also an awesome bonus!

I had trouble sourcing a mint copy (defects in copies were a manufacturing fault) of a collector's 12” vinyl single. After two other retailers had stock issues, I came across ColdCuts // HotWax. Having never been a customer before, and only purchasing one 12” single (hardly going to keep them in business, am I ?!), they went to the extra effort to (a) ensure the copy they sent out was mint - they even offered to unseal the item and check the inner sleeve and vinyl condition, (b) used fantastic and protective packaging for its safe delivery, far far better than a “standard cardboard mailer”, (c) it was delivered within 48 hours. Amazing service, super reliable and did I mention their responses to my queries in the first place were super quick? This company went above and beyond, even for a low value order, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Brilliant. Bookmarked for next time. Thank you.
