John Hornibrook from Colbert's Auctioneers was my point of contact when selling my house. I found him to be ultra professional in all my dealings with him. He was just so helpful,polite and courteous in all aspects of the transaction. I was always given plenty of notice for viewings, enigneer's report etc. Within 2 months of putting my house on the market everything was signed, sealed and delivered above the asking price. Truly amazing! This company were just a breath of fresh air in every aspect of their work and I highly recommend them if you are thinking of selling your house. I offer them my highest recommendation and every success in their future business.

When we decided in 2020 that we would put our house on the market in 2021, Colbert and Co came highly recommended to us by two couples. They had acquired their services with the selling of both their houses and no higher word could be spoken about the team and in particular James. His professionalism and selling ability were greatly admired. After searching the Colbert and Co website; the thorough write ups and the exceptional photography which graced us, we were both confident in our decision to use their services. John Hornibrook meanwhile joined the team. I knew he could be the very man looking after our house and not James but this did not at all question our decision to pursue with Colbert and Co. I had heard of John's name and knew his strong history in Auctionering and that he or James would serve us well and that they both certainly did. John went above and beyond for us. He was excellent at keeping the client informed and always returned a text/phone call. We were most confident with his abilities. Niamh was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional to deal with. I recently relocated from New Zealand back to Cork and arranged the leasing agreement while still abroad; I found the whole process to be very easy and straightforward, and I was grateful for all of Niamh's help and support in organising the lease while moving. Niamh provided a very informative tour around the house upon moving in and was very responsive to any questions that we had.
