I already made some orders on this store and until now my experience it's been amazing. I definitely will do some more orders in the future.

My package came pretty quickly and in great condition

I’ve ordered from cokodive multiple times and am super satisfied with the store. For the country from where they ship the shipping fee wasn’t too pricy and everything arrives safely. Most of the times it takes up to 3 weeks for my package to deliver. I’ve only once (out of the 4 times I ordered from the store) had the problem of my product being sold out even though I already bought it, but I could choose to wait for it to come back in store or get a refund, I chose for waiting and around 1 or 2 months later it did arrive.

The store (except for the situation above) is perfect and definitely trustworthy!

It's been a month since the package was supposed to arrive and it still hadn't arrived yet...

My order came in a good condition.Even though it came a little bit late i don't mind it. The order arrived until my house and I am very grateful for your work.

Whenever I order from Cocodive I never have any problems and my items always arrive in good condition and on time. Could not ask for better service and this is why I order so much from them.

Pre-ordered ATEEZ - ZERO FEVER PART.3 and it arrived exactly one week after its release' straight to my house. I'm very satisfied and I will buy the next album from them for sure.

Overall I’m giving them 4 stars, everything was legit and real merch. I preordered the noeasy jewel case from them and it came well packaged and intact, however it took them 10 days to post and I think it was only after I emailed that they remembered I’d ordered- i did. get the preorder stuff but I have a feeling they used leftover standard stuff as the frame card wasn’t a different colour (apparently the jewelcase frames are red) but I’m not fussy about photo cards so that’s okay.

Overall would buy again from them I’d just make sure to send a little email to customer service if there’s no tracking info a few days after an album drop- wouldn’t leave it as long!

They never reply to emails, the people that work at them are legit braindead.

Waiting and waiting for my order, have emailed them 10 times. My dad also emailed them.

Wrote to them on Facebook and Instagram.
Thet keep updating their insta story and post stuff on facebook, but 0 reply to me.

Seeing all the feedbacks, I can see that I'm not the only one having this issue.

Edit : After 30 emails they finally shipped my order.
Regardless, its not appropriate to ignore a paying customer. Not even replying with an update or nothing. They simply ignored me.

I pre-ordered the stray kids no easy limited version of the album and I couldn't be happier, they sent an extra pc with the order and also had it all well packaged in bubble wrap so that nothing goes wrong with it. Im happy to say that I will be purchasing from cokodive again as theyre reliable and kind. Just to let anyone who finds this review helpful know, I live in the UK and the order came perfectly and even the box had no dents in it as it was quite sturdy. I hope this helps anyone contemplating with buying from cokodive as I 100% would recommend 😁

I preordered from them the day preorders came out and then got an email 2 weeks after the album came out that they couldn’t get my albums. When I asked for a refund I never got a response and it has been a week. This was my first order from them and they seem extremely unreliable

Well, I ordered the NOEASY album around 2 weeks ago. I was told I’d get shipping info soon but still haven’t. I have emailed around 2 times and they have replied to me but still haven’t gotten a word about my order. It still hasn’t been shipped yet so I don’t know if I can give a good review.

Preordered the Stray Kids NOEASY Limited Ver, and it arrived only a week after the album release (from Korea to UK). Came in perfect condition, couldn't be happier!

I will never be buying from this company again. I received my No Easy album through, wich also had terrible shipping communication, obviously not the companies fault. But the box was flimsy, it was also ripped open, and the album was poor packaged. When I took my poster out it was completely ruined. The corners were torn and the poster was crumpled in the middle. Please consider before you buy from this company. I will not be providing my service if this is the quality I received items in.

the shipping to the uk is terrible, each time i order it takes like a month to get here but i keep going back as its the cheapest and only site i trust. more the fool me i guess 😭

I ordered txt blue hour version x. Great album took about a week to come. But there were some scratches on the album which was very sad. But it's ok.
