High Fees and can't contact support and hold your money!
Have money sitting in their account and want to transfer it out, the website says its on hold for 7 days and if I don't like it, to contact their support. Contacted support via ticket and get 1 reply per day so far. Try calling their phone number and NO STAFF ARE AVAILABLE. Not a single person answers the phone, so why pretend you have a phone number. They are literally just holding onto peoples money and refusing to give it back. I have 2FA and no one knows my password. I dont need you to randomly choose to keep my money for "my safety".
UPDATE:
IN regards to their response. No they didn't explain anything. They did tell me they refuse to have my account and I had to close it, which meant I was forced to pay their expensive fees rather than withdrawing to a crypto wallet. I had done all my id verification etc and they were happy to take my money and fees. I stand by this review and not once did anyone call me or try and explain anything other than the email telling me I wasn't welcome to use their service (possibly after they saw my review).
