I’ve just had my account cancelled
I’ve just had my account cancelled. No warning no explanation other than an email “In line with our terms and conditions, Cointree has made a business decision to close your account. ”
I’m not a heavy user maybe that’s it, they are not making much money from my account
In reply. They say to contact support. I did and got the same reply. I’ll never recommend this company to anyone.

Don’t like at all
The fact that I had to contact support 3 times to get issue sorted.
Also the fees for sending bitcoin are outrageous.
I would not recommend using Cointree to anyone

Avoid Cointree
Avoid Cointree. Read their reviews. After using their service for years, I've had enough. They regularly have technical issues that prevent you from withdrawing your coin. Im currently trying to withdraw coin but due to a technical issue they claim to be working on, I cant, and they ignore support requests. If you are concerned about losing your funds, then definitely avoid Cointree. They are a nightmare.
