The trading experience has useful ideas, but the execution feels inconsistent and harder to use than expected. Setting up trading rules isn’t always straightforward, especially for beginners, and the interface can become confusing during active use. Performance and automation also don’t always feel as reliable as advertised, which can be frustrating when managing trades. In addition, customer support responses can be slow, making it harder to resolve issues quickly. I've had a stress free experience with, Quick VIP .

1. Very slow and laggy website.

2. Support has not answered me for over 30 minutes, despite the claim “response time: within minutes”.

3. I bought a subscription for $40, received an email confirming successful payment, but my account is still on the free plan.

4. There is no way to cancel the subscription from the website, only via support (see point 2).

For me this is an absolute SCAM. I demand a full refund of my payment and immediate cancellation of any subscription.

The customer support was really fantastic. Giving them credit where credit is deserved. They helped me beyond my expectations.

Platform works smooth and has the unique ability to 'scan the market' and so be able to apply your strategy dynamically to the best matching token.

Helpful and makes more opportunities

Maybe works in theory but in practice it doesn’t. Don’t bother trying.

I have joined the webinar in the past and tested out the paid plans availabl but this not mean it works. No profits in real life only demo do you understand

The platform helps traders to optimise the execution and the overall portfolio management. I like the integration with Hyperliquid, it adds some nice features to my trading activities.

The learn centre was very useful in understanding which strategy to use for my Binance wallet. After a few test with the demo exchange I was able to launch a bot based on one of their templates. Useful tool

I love coin rule, I have been using them for a while, I stop using them nothing on their part, I was so caught up onto a lot of things, But I am back, This company is safe. I will tell anyone that are dealing with bots coinrule is the best. You could get rich if you play your cards right.

Coinrule worked fine when being used on demo account.
Connected OKX, and nothing has worked since. I have raised my concern several times. At first they seemed to care. But now it’s been 12 days into the problem, they simply don’t reply any more.
Rules do no execute or when they do, they will go two steps into the rule then simply stop working.
For a company that claims to be better then everyone else, it really doesn’t show!

*Update* 10/29 second month in a row there system fails during the bull cycle. If you msg them on fridays they auto close them on monday morning with no response. The system fails during the bull cycle of the month? The refund policy is 7 days so. I am shocked they even have one. Maybe if I throw them more money It will still fail right?

They respond to emails promptly. So they decided to do upgrades today at 2 pm utc right in the middle of peak trading hours. Coinbase still does not work correctly and instead of fixing the issue they took the night off. I am down 30% now because stop loss did not work because the system is "working" now. There solution is to offer me a 1 month upgrade to help restore confidence. Canceled my sub and moved to another system. Oh the "upgrade" happened" moments after a huge dump.

*Update 9/6* The next morning I woke up to emails from them. They do have everything running it seems to be working again. This is my first week of using their service so maybe I did not get the email. I checked the website and social media and was unable to find anything (when it happened) could have been blind with rage? They do respond quickly. I think the longest I waited was 20 min. I will up it to 3 and re-evaluate at the end of my 30 days

I originally gave a rather harsh review of Coinrule based on the service being down for two days, which resulted in losses. However, I have since received a good explanation of what happened and, more importantly, gained the impression that they are truly taking responsibility for the situation. Therefore, I would like to update my review based on this. As for the service itself, I don't know yet, but I am considering trying it out to see how it goes.

Coinrule is an exceptional product for those looking to trade Crypto. I've always been interested in algorithmic trading, and Coinrule made it accessible with its lower barrier to entry and user-friendly experience. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to get into crypto trading.
