They are the best. Unlike Coinbase which doesn't even reply, they fix all your problems. The support is fast unlike other wallets like coinbase (doesn't reply) and spectrocoin.

A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE
A very frustrating experience with this company.
I made a payment to a trading broker using coinpayments.net as a third-party company,as recommended by the broker. The payment didn't go through, and I requested a refund.
It was not a lot of money, just 15USDT.
Their reply was,
"Hello,
Greetings!
Kindly follow these steps to claim your refund:
* Send 60 TRX, not USDT, as gas fee to the same payment address.
* Copy the transaction ID of TRX.
* Click on the refund link you received in the email.
* Enter your wallet address in the Send Refund To.
* Enter the transaction ID of TRX you sent in the TX ID Of Gas TRX.
* Click on Claim Refund.
Thank you.
How do you send 60TRX which is equivalent to 15USDT to get a refund of 15USDT??
In short they are telling me your 15USDT is lost.
I wonder what will happen if someone sends a larger amount and is in need of a refund!!
They can't be trusted. AVOID THEM.

We understand your frustration, but the 60 TRX is not a fee set based on your refund amount—it’s a flat network (gas) cost required to process TRC20 transactions on the blockchain.
For smaller amounts, this can unfortunately feel disproportionate, but it’s the same requirement regardless of transaction size.

I apologize for the experience you had with making a payment. In this situation, the only options are to ask the merchant if they’ll accept the short amount, or proceed with a refund. Refunds may be lower due to network and processing costs involved in returning the funds.

We understand how frustrating this situation must have been. The issue occurred because USDT (ERC20) was sent instead of USDC (ERC20). While they use the same network, they are different tokens, and this type of error requires a manual recovery process, which can involve additional fees and delays.
We do aim to assist wherever we can in these cases, but unfortunately the fees applied reflect the resources required to recover the funds rather than a standard transaction cost.
