Simply the best crypto tax software that exist and the friendliest customer support I have communicated with in my life!

Very intuitive UI and easy to import all data. Very positive experience and made my life a lot easier leading up to the tax deadline this year.

Finally, I found one solution that ACTUALLY works. It's been a nightmare to use all the other platforms until I tried Coinpanda which actually can import all my transactions CORRECTLY.

Some of the most impressive imports are for Binance and Bitpanda where all my balances match 100% correct which none of the other tax platforms could do. For these reasons, I think Coinpanda is maybe the best solution today until the other sites catch up and fix all their import issues.

All in all I have only good things to say about Coinpanda not the mention the tax report that is very comprehensive and includes all information I need. 5 stars from me!!

This has been a huge lifesaver this year. I struggled with pretty much all other tax platforms and Coinpanda was the only one that could import my Defi transactions from all different blockchains. Tax report ended up being accurate and show all the data I need to file my taxes. Couldn't be more happy with their product!

I was looking for a simple yet effective crypto tax calculator and landed on Coinpanda after trying a few different alternatives. The number of integrations are quite impressive (they support almost ALL exchanges and blockchains) so it was a no-brainer to choose this platform.

Overall very satisfied with the experience using Coinpanda for my taxes this year. Support was always available to help with some issues with importing transactions. Interface does need a little bit of tweaking to fix a few bugs but this is mostly details. Will become paying customer next year as well!

I paid hundreds of dollars for an app that couldn't spit out a report because of a software bug. After 2 months of waiting for a fix, I had to move on to another piece of software in order to get my taxes done.

Here we are 6 months later, and I'm still fighting with customer service for a refund on a product that I simply couldn't use. They refuse to issue a refund because of the policy that states no refunds if they were able to get it fixed.

They eventually did get the product fixed, and able to issue a tax report, unfortunately too late for me to even file a return. If I had waited on them, I would have needed to request for an extension.

Their policies and customer service are simply not worth the effort.

The software isn't actually bad, that is if it works correctly. I just wouldn't trust that and even if it doesn't, you'll never get a refund.

Software didn't work, would avoid at any cost. Worst customer experience, they have convoluted excuses for not giving a refund.

The Norwegian translation was half English inbetween, and the taxreports were generated in English.

I suspect this is a small outfit that take advantage of the tax issues crypto people have.

Exchanges that they claimed to support did not work on imports, and they were not interested to update their programs or review the CSV files for adjustments, just being told to do it manually yourself and talk to the exchange..

What then are we paying for? A tax script that does not work??

Gate.io's permanent close for US market left us a lot of transaction & tax issues, was a complete disaster with heavy mess on their database, absolutely not recommend Gate.io at all.

We tried a lot of crypto tax softwares as possible including their customer services, only Koinly & Coinpanda cover most exchanges.

Whatever able to distinguish their major differences is their customer service. Ruben from Coinpanda is a genius with enthusiasm to answer & resolve our issues majorly Gate.io related in details, very professional with deep understanding in this field.

Shoutout to Ruben, hands down the best tech support! He solved my issues within minutes and was very open and straightforward with me. Coinpanda is user friendly and was able to smoothly intergrate with my Binance spot and futures wallet via api and csv file import. It generated a tax summary for me super fast and the subscription fee is very affordable compared to other 3rd party platforms such as Koinly, Cointracker, crypto.com. These platforms weren't even able to calculate my futures trades and incorrectly calculated my crypto taxes. I'll be using Coinpanda from now on.

Koinly and Cointracking were nearly in agreement on my capital gains. Cointracker showed a 20% higher number.

Coinpanda showed nearly 0 gains (and taxes owed). And the site was down with a database error message on one of the days I tried to use it (April 9, 2022).

I emailed customer support to ask for a refund.

I was told that a refund was possible only if they couldn't fix the error for me. Would I like a credit for next year instead?

The other 3 software all offer refunds within 7 to 30 days of purchase. No conditions or additional requirements. I pointed that out and so far no refund.

Support guys (Jesse, Ruben) may appear to want to help but it's a stall tactic. They take your money and don't deliver a working product. After 3 months we are still waiting for someone to actually deliver on their hollow promises of fixing the Tax Report or providing a refund. Our experience has been painful, frustrating and the full of endless lies and promises. There is always a reason why they can't rectify the issue. There is always a delay with processing the promised REFUND. I have lodged a complaint with the Aust Consumer Affairs. I have logged complained with our credit card company showing a history of non-delivery on promises as well as other customer feedback online about their practices.

I was stressed how I would integrate my cost basis and transactions until I found this app. It helped me import files from yoroi and simplified a stressful event for me.

If you feel stressed about your crypto taxes, Coinpanda got you covered! Their extremely responsive and helpful support staff were able to guide me through the entire process of importing my transactions and fix the few small errors that had to be manually corrected. Their pricing is also very fair and it's DEFINITELY worth the money! Paying for an accountant would cost at least 10x more lol

If you have thousands of transactions and multiple exchanges, this software is no good. I mainly had problems importing kucoin transactions and they werent able to help or provide a refund. Regret giving them my money.
