The negative reviews are all fake, Coinos is one of the easiest lightning wallets packed with features. It's accessible everywhere since it's a web wallet and you don't need to install an app. It has autowithdrawal, 2FA, self-custodial features. The team is constantly innovating and integrating new useful features. It's not a wallet to leave a lot of money on it, it's a web wallet that allows for convenient online transactions.

I have been using coinos.io Lightning Wallet for 4 months and find it excellent.
I have been using coinos.io Lightning Network ap for about 4 months and really like it. Used it while traveling to pay for food and drinks at businesses where they accept LN payments and have used it for online purchases too. The fees are amazing- far lower than any other LN wallet I have tried. I see a lot of reviews all dated early September which give a low rating and claim the ap is a scam or rip off- have to say those reviews look like fakes - perhaps maliciously posted by a competitor? - all the complaints are very similar and they offer no evidence of the accusations. Perhaps Trust pilot has a weakness in that people can make such malicious reviews without any evidence?
