The worst service
The worst service. Huge fees and they require a video call to withdraw an amount of less than 2000€. I will never use it again.

Finally (on the 3d attempt), I was able to withdraw my money WITHOUT ANY CALLS AND SECURITY CHECKS. So the service is much worse than I described before. If fraudsters get access to your account you will receive an email that the account is on hold and a video call for the verification is required, but they still can withdraw your money. This security works against users and helps fraudsters. I think that I have to report about that to initiate a security audit.

Safety is our priority so we do everything we can to keep the assets of our users safe. This includes checking the identity of our users to make sure the users are not being hacked or scammed. This might be a little inconvenient for you as you might want to quickly make a withdrawal but hackers and scammers also prefer to do it quickly and we have to check if that is not the case. As soon as we identify the user and make sure we are all secure you can make withdrawals without any issues. Because there are rightly warnings about phishing emails, I contacted Customer service to verify their legitimacy.

Crypto Withdrawal
I created an account two days ago and verified the account through the application. I deposited through crypto and now when trying to withdraw they ask for an address for verification. Unfortunately I do not have a permanent place of residence. In the verification there was no mention of a residential address. Now I cannot withdraw my money. Horrible website
Horrible website. Mixing up chains textual, no mentioning of minimum withdraw amount and when you up the amount so you reach the secret amount the currency is suddenly not available to withdraw. Bad costumer service, telling 2 times to look into in issue but you never hear anything anymore...
