Coinmarketcap sometimes hides tokens on back pages so that they are not found by the mass of visitors (for example "HEX"). These are reputable tokens that the company does not seem to like out of self-interest. Possibly, they see themselves threatened by their top performance with regard to their own corporate token BNB, which belongs to the parent company. The fact is that a ranking site only provides me with a benefit if I can rely on facts being neutrally evaluated and reliably listed correctly. Since this basic policy is currently not given and Coinmarketcap deceives the visitor at this point by gate-keeping, the entire service is currently to be classified as unserious and unusable.

Basically blocks any comments written by people who are talking the truth, while allowing pump propaganda to propagate.

IMO its the best cryptocurrency website. Very user-friendly interface and they cover nearly every coin, its also good for monitoring your portfolio. Very powerful functionality for conducting cryptocurrency market analytics. I love following all the latest reviews from coinmarketguide.com aswell. The downside is the chat function on the coin pages can get quite spammy, with lots of people shilling s***coins. If it wasn't for that I would give the site 5 stars

Minuses:
Very slow app. Why keep such clumsy developers on the team who cannot make the application work quickly. For so much time, they can’t get the application to work quickly - it’s a shame! Now even schoolchildren are making fast applications, but here such a team cannot cope ... There are a lot of garbage and dead projects on the list that no longer exist and are not working on projects - why they are not removed from CoinMarketCap is not clear. There are many dead projects on the list that are not being developed on github, even sometimes the site does not work, there are a lot of bad reviews about fraud and they are still on the list and are not deleted. New scam projects are constantly added - can't the team check the projects and not add scam. And then it turns out some kind of garbage can from thousands of projects. There is also a lot of spam in the comments listing the coins of scam projects. A crooked translator in the application, sometimes translates in such a way that it just turns out some kind of porridge. To translate, you need to click on each individual comment, and this is extremely inconvenient. This useless collection of diamonds, with which it is not clear what to do at all. Another thing is if some tokens of new or existing projects were given for diamonds - then it would be interesting to collect diamonds. And if they give some kind of candy wrapper for these diamonds, then what's the point of collecting them.
Pros:
It is very good that there is an opportunity to look at the comments for each project - you can draw at least some conclusions, otherwise there are really a lot of scams. The application contains a lot of information on each project. A fairly user-friendly interface.
What is missing:
I would like to see information on funds - which funds and when, at what price they bought coins. The block with comments is located above the main information on the project, I would like to see the comments at the very bottom, and not between the schedule and information on the project.
In general, the application is not bad, but there is still a lot to work on. Compared to the site, the application is a brake and less informative semblance. By the way, the mobile version of the site is also some kind of horror with cropped information on projects. I would like to believe that the developers will still begin to improve in full force and without laziness.

Hello! I received an email from coin market cap with a logo. I tried to withdraw my money but they send me a withdrawal agreement with a deposit of $326 (ottf) to my Gcash Account. May I know if this is legit? They give me 3 days only to pay. Thank you.

Coinmarket support team send any email to his user? I receive a gmail from your company with coin market cap logo, is this legit email of your company support team? The email request me to top up payment to proceed my usdt withdrawal. Seems weird.

Coin market cap is full of trolls. The platform does nothing to remove them. It's the same accounts over and over again. New genuine users struggle to post comments, as their posts seem to be auto deleted if they write more than 5 or 6 words.
Avoid like the plague, find your information elsewhere.

CMC has now become the crypto scam that we expect them to inform us about. After well over a year of logging in on a daily basis, predicting prices, participating in air drops, I have finally collected enough diamonds to get a decent prize. Except when I attempt to claim that prize I get hit with a message telling me that I am almost there, interact with the site more to be able to redeem my diamonds. I have redeemed a couple smaller prizes previous to this with no trouble so I feel this is definitely something more to do with them just screwing you when get to a larger amount of diamonds & a better prize. If checking in every day for over a years not enough. Screw CMC.

I've registered to this platform to keep track on my investment and requested a transfer of 0.1355 Bitcoin which is worth R40000 into my private key or bank account since 24th December 2022.
I don't even know how to contact the support because I don't know what's the delay because there's no possible way to contact their support.
Why in the first place do you have , buy, sell and transfer options if they do not work?
Are we being misleaded?
Please get back to me...

It is chop full of misinformation and scams. The most legitimate projects that run on Defi are sometimes mislabeled or not even shown on this site. use nomics.com instead for transparent blockchain information. BINANCE OWNS CMC. They are biased toward what they want users to see and buy.

Best crypto analytic tool I have found as it includes all kinds of analytics graphs, up-to-date price data, etc. Additional plus that it is simple user interface that you could find any info real quick.
What is the difference to CG is that CoinMarketCap offered a Community space to share opinions with other crypto-enthusiast, projects and KOLs, which let me gain more insights on crypto stage.
