Unacceptable: CoinList is "trapping" and depleting user funds by design

I am writing this to warn other users about CoinList's current practices regarding "Old CoinList" balances. I have assets that are currently below their minimum withdrawal threshold.

However, CoinList has intentionally created a "deadlock" scenario:
- They disabled all deposits, so I cannot add funds to reach the minimum.
- They disabled all trading/conversions, so I cannot consolidate my assets.
- They explicitly stated in support tickets (#1471510, #1471575) that they will simply let "custody fees" deplete my balance to zero.

This is not a technical limitation; it is a forced seizure of assets. Preventing a user from both withdrawing AND reaching the withdrawal limit while charging fees is predatory. I request a manual intervention to recover my property.

They are thieves

They are thieves, they will steal your funds and your withdrawals will never be successful. Try participating in their presale, and you wont get your token until when they sell their holdings and dump on you badly

They now work with scammers

They now work with scammers. Their Date of releasing project is not correct and if they eventually release they will hold it until it drops to useless before you move your coins after waiting for a year or more

Hello everyone.

Hello everyone.
I'd like to share my experience with the CoinList team. By some twist of fate, I withdrew funds from the CoinList platform for an investment, but it turned out that I withdrew the funds to the wrong chain. Maybe for some people the funds weren't large, but for me they were very important.
I wrote a letter to CoinList explaining my problem, and thankfully, they responded quickly.
After lengthy correspondence and the painstaking work of the CoinList team, they managed to refund my funds, for which I am infinitely grateful. And may God reward them with blessings.
I was truly impressed by their responsiveness, kindness, and HONESTY (with a capital H).
I don't know anyone on this team, but I know they are a team of HONESTY.
I'm not a fan of rebranding, but if the platform were to change its name, I would recommend
Honest Coin.
Best wishes, user Honest Coin.

Could you please help me understand how…

Could you please help me understand how this is possible?

I purchased 500 BTR tokens for $100. According to an email from Coinlist, the tokens were distributed on August 27 at 8:38 PM (Japan time), which was about an hour after BTR launched on Binance.
However, the initial price on Binance was around $0.15, meaning my 500 BTR were worth only $75 at launch — already below my initial investment. Now the price has dropped further to $0.081, so my 500 BTR are worth just $40.
How is it possible that the starting price on the exchange was already lower than the price I paid?

Not trustworthy

Took part in a few ICOs, which has always been a rough experience. Slow process and no limits set, the chance was very low to get any coins if you haven't been in a pole position of the queues.
They improved it a bit, but today I wanted to register for another ICO and suddenly got rejected without any reason.
Better start away, can't trust them much
