Opaque goal-post moving snails
Opaque process of transferring cash, only to jump through flaming hoops for verification post transfer... with little to no feedback. ONE WEEK LATER, confirmed the purchase at a different strike price and proceeded to tell me to order by credit card to save the hassle and delay. Coinify reinforces the unsavory reputation that crypto is trying to shed; or maybe it's not. I could've just bought BTC at an ATM in the US and been done with it. Thanks for sucking up my soul during the process.

Fees too high
I can move crypto through numerious exchanges for half the fees these guys charge. Coinify has some of the highest fees of all the exchanges! I used coinify 2 times and each time my fees were double that of crypto.com!

I accidentally sent $250 to a different wallet that they owned (I used it for an 80$ purchase 4 hours prior and didn’t double check) but Iqbal on the support team was able to get me refunded after about 6 days. They stole my 500$ and the support doesnt respond for 18 hours now
Have sent them 500$ worth of LTC, and they just took it and said
"The amount is unfortunately too low for a refund due to the refund cost"
while the transaction fees for LTC are around 1$, so they give you the 15mins but the transactions on LTC needs time to complete all of the confirmations of the blockchain and when the confirmations are done after the time they just take everything and tell you the amount is too "unfortunately too low for a refund" WHILE ITS 500$!!
the support is offline for a straight 18 hours now so no response

UPDATE: I got a refund but they kept 50$ I have no idea why, 1$ is the fee for the transaction but 49$ for having the support answer me the next week, literally robbing people, I used similar services and this one is pure trash, other services would never hold your money not take these extreme fees, If they were honest and took like 5$ maybe I would change my rating but 50$ you re just robbing people I don't believe the service you provided can get near taking more than 1$

If you value your time and your money
If you value your time and your money, DO NOT use coinify for any reason. This outfit is very caviller and will hold your funds hostage for as long as they can. There is zero sense of urgency on their part. They will try and fleece you for as much as they can in transaction fees and the like. Always saying there's something wrong with the wire transfer info, and then leaving it up to YOU to figure out why. Of course there's another fee when they attempt to do any transaction, or anything really for that matter. Ultimately this ends in some B.S. generic failure, where they again tell you to approach your bank to find out why and what said B.S. generic failure means. In between all the fun transactional issues, expect their responsiveness to keep going down to where you literally have to wait days for anyone to finally respond or give you an update on what's going on. When they finally do a refund, expect the timing to be in their favor and not yours. The final amount returned will most likely be much less than what you started out with. Of "course" this is out of their control as well, and it was just the "timing" of the market. This is pretty much what I've been experiencing since I decide to sell some of my coins. I'm still waiting to have my ETH refunded and it's going on about two weeks now.
I repeat, DO NOT do business with coinify!
