I am writing to report **CoinEx** as a **fraudulent exchange** due to unauthorized manipulation of my trades, refusal to provide transaction logs, false representation of their jurisdiction, and repeated evasion of transparency.

On **July 16, 2025**, CoinEx **forcefully closed my active position** of **255,628 FLOKI tokens** at a price I never authorized.
The order (ID: **15430×××××69**) was executed **without my consent**, even though I had a **limit buy order at a lower price** — which was completely ignored.

### 🔍 What Makes This Suspicious:

- I **repeatedly requested transaction logs, execution details, and internal activity records** via multiple support tickets, especially **#1472296**, but CoinEx **refused every time** to provide critical data that could clarify what happened.
- Their support keeps replying with **template responses**, avoiding direct answers or any technical breakdown of my account's internal actions.
- In one reply, they falsely stated that “a login occurred before the trade,” but **provided zero technical evidence** to back this up and **denied access to operation logs**.
- I submitted **screenshots** proving that my original limit order had not been reached, yet CoinEx forcefully sold my assets at a different price.

### 🏴 Misrepresentation of Jurisdiction (Proof from Police):

CoinEx **claims to be headquartered in Hong Kong**, but when I filed a complaint with the **Hong Kong Police Cybercrime Unit**, I received a formal reply stating:

> *"CoinEx is not registered in Hong Kong and holds no physical or legal presence here. We are unable to pursue your case."*

This confirms that CoinEx is **fraudulently misrepresenting** its legal base to gain trust from international users — a clear violation of regulatory standards and user safety.

- Unauthorized trading on customer accounts.
- Repeated denial of transaction data and logs.
