I had an advisor who assisted me throughout the process. He was a helpful and seemingly competent advisor. Following his advice, I invested $3300 and also received bonus points. I reached a higher level, which exempted me from paying fees. However, this occurred during a period of crisis, and I was unable to add more funds to my account as advised. Now, I have noticed that my bonus points have also been removed. In the end, I lost all of my money. I am surprised and disappointed that I ended up losing everything, including the bonus points. It is frustrating and disappointing to lose money, especially when i have followed the advice of an advisor. I know investing always carries a certain level of risk, and market conditions can be unpredictable, and it's also disappointing that my bonus points were removed. L OOOK ABOVE
There is no transparency and virtually no recourse
In August of 2023 I invested two thousand dollars with account manager Steven Heinrich. I have invested with normal agencies that were controlled by the SEC, so I thought I would get some kind of outline or prospectus which would Define his role as a manager and mine as the client. A proper operation will give you everything from the very start regarding penalties, maintenance fees, early withdrawal fees and transfer commissions and so forth. Steven Heinrich never gave me anything. He was not transparent in any manner. I asked him where his home office was and how I could contact him and he refused to give me that until about a month ago, Every time I talked about a withdrawal he would Tell me about another fee or another purchase that I had to make before I could remove my money. After establishing an account I watched it grow quite rapidly from $2,000 to about 5,900. When it reached 9,600 I expressed my want to remove all or part of my account. The first fee that he asked me for was 10% of the account balance. That was 960 dollars. He then told me that I had to purchase a debit card so that the money could be transferred to my bank and I could withdraw the money with that card. The fee for that card was 274 dollars. I got more Angry every time he tacked on another fee. He kept telling me that this Market was totally separate from the exchange and the final payment would be another 960 dollars. I'm not that slow on the uptake ,then I realized at that time I had been taken for another 1200 dollars. I spent my entire life in law enforcement and the military. I cannot understand how this business of scamming and stealing of people's money has not collapsed under the weight of subpoenas and courtroom appearances ending with the founders come with movers and shakers of coin Market dot cap going to jail and doing some healthy prison terms. I will not send the last 960 dollars because I Now understand after reading your comments that I am out over $3,000. Being a former Detective, I will find this account manager and if I do manage to get him behind bars I will gladly post it. There is no one to call, no customer service number, no advisors, no nothing at these sites. I should have stuck with the normal Investments. If anyone else has unfortunately used Steven Heinrich please leave me a message.

Scammers nothing clearer
Instagram scammers will try to get you to invest in Coinmarkets..DONT!!
I invested a small amount of £50 to initially open the account but within a few days I was asked to increase the amount to £500 which I refused. However I did add another £230 upon the advice of the person who introduced me to coinmarkets. I was asked recently to increase my deposit to £5000 & was told to get an online loan as the return on my investment would repay the loan within a month. I declined & at this point I was told my trading was meaningless as I would not commit to investing more. I tried to withdraw my money & was told the verification process was wrong & my account would be frozen. To unfreeze the account I had to send the same amount again & send a pic of the verification page to their customer services team who then told me it was not the exact amount to the decimal point & therefore would also be keeping that money frozen in my account unless I doubled the amount again & go through the same process. Needless to say I feel like an idiot & now I need to speak to someone who can help me recover my funds. Do not be taken in by scammers on Instagram that tell you they can help you make money...

Coin Markets is now Coinsmarket.io! They steal your Money!
They have changed their name to coinsmarket.io, no longer coin Markets.com it's no wonder I couldn't find them. I too like many others on here opened an account with £250. They have been stressing me since to invest more, but I told them I changed my mind and want a refund. I completed the online form and submitted it over 3 months ago and still waiting for the Administrator to approve my refund and close my account! Clearly that's not happening and I am lucky they only stole £250 and not thousands, as compared to other, still its not right and they should be stopped, arrested and locked up.....

I invested £250 with coinsmarket.io
I invested £250 with coinsmarket.io. I was pestered into spending more inorder to make more. I then paid another £2250. Before i knew it i was innundated with phonecalls about investing more. When i refused - the sweet sounding sales manager became frustrated. He claimed they don't bother with tiny investments. I said I don't want to be part of this anylonger and I just want my £2500 back. He said I can't get it back unless i reach a threshold of £10000. I said I want out of this scam. He replied well I can't help you so your money will stay stuck in your account. Please DO NOT INVEST WITH Coinsmarket.com which changed to coinsmarket.io. Really sad i've lost my money.
