Cognius Reviews 

Today I was notified that a payment charge of €39,99 had been taken from my account. I was somewhat disturbed as I had ONLY authorised & expected a 1 off charge off 0.99c for a report. After reading the reviews (sadly too late as, I hadn't expected this charge) - it would seem this is a commen occurence. I have sent 2 emails to support to cancel my membership & issue a refund but have had no reply. I did check my junk folder & inbox & there was definately no emails about this charge - only one about my 0.99 report being ready & to log into the website to read it - again nowhere wa it mentioned that I would now be charged €39,99 (I assume monthly) as a member. I would advise people to be catious when filling in their details as I do NOT find this site very transparent - LESSON LEARNED.

I paid GBP1 for an initial report but then could not get into the app at all. I emailed 2 Cognius email addresses to cancel the account and stop the charge, but they did not respond and still took GBP30 without authorisation.

I recently started looking for ways to be more proactive about my cognitive health, and this app has been a great addition to my daily routine. The exercises are engaging, and the progress tracking makes it easy to see how I'm doing over time. Rather than guessing whether I'm improving, I have real data to follow, which gives me extra peace of mind.
