It's a scam

It's a scam. They charge you 1.99 for results but they sneakily subscribe you to a 20 dollar per month membership without consent, and refuse to refund you.

Nothing wrong at all

The test's user interface was simple and easy to understand. The questions touched a variety of skills and truly felt like a good was to asses your cognitive abilities.
