Waiting for a month to get a couple of coffee pods. Getting excuses.

Guys this is coffee service?!?! If you cannot deliver why are you advertizing and selling product you don't have?!?! Internet is full of your ads. We don't need coffee in 3 months, we need it "next day".

Totally disappointed.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much when I tried Coffydoor for the first time, but these are hands down the best capsules I’ve ever bought 💙

On two separate occasions, I have gone to their main page and cancelled my subscription. Despite this, they keep sending me coffee. Don't subscribe; it's a total pain to get rid of.

I tried Coffydoor for the first time and it was a great surprise. I ordered ristretto pods and the flavor is strong but still smooth and so good!Everything was easy from start to finish. I’ll order again!

Have cancelled subscription and going to have to reverse the charge with the bank as they don’t seem to even respond to emails now.

I have always wanted my coffee the same way I’ve always had it, but after some persuasion from my wife, I ventured into trying coffee pods. Of what the market has to offer, Coffydoor is absolutely the best option. The coffee has a fantastic taste, which I now enjoy on a daily basis!

Delivery was fast and everything arrived as expected, which made the whole experience very easy.

What stood out the most was the customer service. I got help upgrading my subscription, and the support team was incredibly friendly and helpful. It made a big difference and felt very professional.

I have a subscription, and for my February delivery the payment was executed 24th of February 2026, and today 16th of April 2026, I have still NOT received one gram of coffee...
I wrote to support 27th of March and got the reply that: “...We are expecting the coffee to be delivered to us during the next few days at latest and we apologize for the inconvenience this causes.” Following three weeks hast past without coffee or any other information from Coffydoor!!!

The coffee I received that last year was of good quality, but missing deliveries and communication removes all kind of trust ☹

Coffydoor does not deliver and should not be trading

I started the subscription for Coffydoor. The first batch was sent about a week later: Good but expensive coffee.

I continued to pay the next payment, but no delivery. I waited for several weeks before complaining (which is very difficult as there is no phone number). I checked my bank account to prove the payment and sent another complaint. Coffydoor sent me a proof of delivery for the first dispatch, but not the 2nd. After further emails asking for a refund or delivery, nothing has been done.

Coffydoor is an untrustworthy, unprofessional firm, and I would strongly recommend NOT trading with them.

Easy and fast! And let’s not forget the taste 👌
