Appalling Customer Care
I bought a Breville Barista Pro from this store. It was defective from day one.
I tried to resolve this calmly. I described the issue and asked for a return. They hid behind their “return policy,” told me to deal with the manufacturer, and then started ignoring me.
When I filed a chargeback, they suddenly had the time to send the bank a 30-page document about delivery, terms, and how I “agreed to their policy.” They had nothing to say to me, but a lot to say to the bank once their money was at risk.
They refused to take responsibility for a defective product they sold, pushed me to the manufacturer, stopped replying, and only became active when the bank got involved.
If something goes wrong with your order, do not expect help. Expect excuses, delays, and silence.
