Container not air tight.

I use coffee mate regularly but will not be buying it again. The cardboard container it comes in is not air tight and the contents have completely solidified into one hard lump rendering it useless.

What a total waste of money.

They changed the coffee-mate now it tates like almonds? It tasted so bad I figured someone had spiked it in the store....I could only drink a few sips? I spoke with coffeemate and they were all excited about the new blend? Not fo me

New 500g containers are not…

The new 500g containers are not fit for purpose! They do not seal!
If I lived in a desert and used 500g in a fortnight, it'd probably be OK. I don't, I live in the North West of England where it is rarely that arid!
The new container let's damp get in! It could be my fault, I have boiled a kettle in the same room 🤔
If you want a big solid lump of coffee mate you can chip out with an ice pick,well...
Unfortunately the cheaper alternatives are not as good.

Spider

Normally I enjoy Coffeemate but I'm not going to buy it again whilst it is sold in cardboard containers. The lid doesn't stay on and when I took the lid off the container this morning, I discovered that a small spider had climbed in and spun a web!

Shrinkflation

Not that long ago, I was paying about £2.50 for 500g of coffeemate in the likes of Asda and Lidl, then the price shot up to £3.45, I sucked it up as I don't like my coffee with milk anymore.
Today on Asda for the same amount of money you are getting a mere 325g of product!
I will not be buying coffeemate anymore due to this disgusting reduction in size/inflation of price!
Greed at its best. Not sure whether to blame Nestlé for reducing the size of the product or Asda for not reducing the price of the now much smaller product??
By the way, my local Morrisons stock a creamer for £2 (Mokate) and it is not far off of coffeemate!

Coffee Mate ripoff

Just been to Tesco to get some more Coffee Mate as Lidl have been out of stock for months. Couldn't believe small 325g tubs where 450g (recently shrunk from 500g!) used to be, and at the same price of £3 45. I thought they'd made a mistake on the label, but no. Utter rip off.
They claim difficulty in making recyclable tubs for the shortfall in supply. I don't think the resultant 325g mini tubs at the same price as 450g is quite the solution we were looking for.
My solution - bring back 500g non-recyclable tubs for £3.45 if the recyclable solution was too difficult.

2/3 product for same price!

I’ve used coffee mate for years. I enjoy it with my coffee, but just bought a new tub. They are selling 325g for the same price as the previous 500g tub. The tub is easily 2/3 the size. Nestle shame on you.

Noticed my latest tub of Coffeemate…

Noticed my latest tub of Coffeemate seemed lighter although it was the same size. It's because it is now in a cardboard recyclable tub. Very good, unfortunately the lid is not a tight fit so if you put it on a high shelf you could end up wearing it.
My main complaint is the contents scam. Now reduced to 450g from 500g so how is the tub the same size?
They have achieved it by grinding the powder even smaller in grain size and somehow fluffing it up so - hey presto! - same size tub, same price, 10% less volume. I find this really annoying, treating the customer like fool for extra profit. If an item I purchase is good value then I don't mind paying a bit extra as long as the contents and quality are the same, everything goes up In price I can accept that.
What Nestlé have done may not be dishonest but it is a bit underhand. I'm looking for alternatives, this is my last purchase.

CHEAPER TO BUY GOLD!!!

CHEAPER TO BUY GOLD! Am sitting here at 8am hating my coffee with pasteurised milk because I am boycotting Coffeemate. They have reduced 450g to 325g and yet still £3.45. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I have receipts for last 3 purchases if proof is required.

RIP OFF NESTLE, COFFEE MATE

So Nestle reduce their product from 450g to 325g and charge,at Tesco's £3.45 on July 7 2023, when on June 7 2023 the price was £2.96 for 450g. If this is not a total rip off, I would say profiteering, then I am a monkey's uncle. ADVICE BOYCOTT COFFEE MATE AND ALL
NESTLE PRODUCTS
