The coffee is great however..

The coffee is great however... My girlfriend put through an order and they refused to accept it as there was an error with their system.

She tried to order 2kg of coffee through the subscription first order discount and they said it wasn't possible (after the order went through via an email).

We replied okay please refund the amount and just sent the minimum amount that the discount can be applied too and they haven't responded. They still have the money and we do not have any response or coffee.

High standard product needs to be matched with a high standard of service.

Phenomenal coffee

Phenomenal coffee, so much information given about the quality, the growers, the coffee process. Absolutely delicious samples to try and incredible flavours.

Excellent experience

Ordered an Origami dripper with filters and a bag of coffee at the same price as just the dripper elsewhere. It was advertised to come with 40 filters and instead came with 100! Beautiful presentation and free shipping to top it off.
