Why answer to messages that are identical sent by the provider on: 17 June, 29 Sept, 30 Sept, 2 Oct, 5 Oct, 6 Oct, 8 Oct, 10 Oct, 17 Oct?
Same message same request to remove my Trustpilot review. There does not seems to be a logical pattern for those messages to be sent at such frequency, particularly when unanswered. And yet they insist. I wonder which type of scam they are after.

This site is a huge scam. We ordered from birken-store.com and they automatically took €50 after ordering (order never arrived). Then they send a mail and ask to write a positive 4 or 5 star review to get the €50 back! They even tell what to write (problem solved by jamal, good service, great communication) and which words not to use in the review (refund, cancellation). The positive reviews here are from people trying to get their €50 back, that's the only reason.

What made my experience great is that when l lodged my query they responded immediately. They did not only respond quickly, but they kept me updated on the progress of the resolution of my query, and that to me demonstrate great sense of professionalism. Although my query hasn't been resolved yet l have the confidence that it will be resolved.
