Air con firm had written our system off as the part needed was discontinued. We did our own search and found Codistec offering the part (or equivalent). The part was very fairly priced as was postage to the UK. Arrived in 3 days from order, Codistec kept us informed and fixed the fault. Perfect.

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to order from.
Firstly I paid the highest shipping rate only for Codistec to send the order via the cheaper, 50% cheaper carrier. Yes they admitted the ´mistake´ but then and as of writing this never refunded the difference even after multiple requests.
Then the usual story with carriers, remembering this is the cheaper carrier not the one I selected, out for delivery all day then last thing at night - incident - no one at address. I was there all day. Second day a repeat of the first. Third day it goes no where. Carrier contacted but no help. Codistec contacted - silence. Multiple times a refund is requested, each time an excuse just to drag it out to the weekend so nothing can be done until the Monday, if anything is done then. So beware your order may not come the way you paid for and if anything goes wrong, even if it's Codistec fault, they don't want to know and hang onto you money.

UPDATE: Codistec have made NO attempt to solve anything. The only thing done is to keep my money, even for their mistake. They have time to be on here but not to give me my money back.
Honest Company, due to the previous reviews. Yes read them, all clusters of 1 reviewers on the same day or in a few days. Look like fakes, so now you have mentioned it will be looked into.

On Friday 23/03/2018 i ordered a small step motor used in air condition.
The step motor type MP35EA.Immediately after completing the order,i sent a bank wire transfer of the total cost of the item plus shipping to codistec's bank account,and also sent a message to codistec's customer support,telling them that i had sent the bank wire transfer,and asking them to inform me,when they would sent the item to my address and it's tracking number.On Monday 26/03/2018 i sent a second message to codistec customer support,telling them again that i had sent the bank wire transfer on Friday 23/03/18 and asking them to contact me,if they had received the money.
It has been a week now,since the day i placed the order for the step motor and i haven't received any reply from codistec,even though i have emailed their customer support twice and i have sent them the money for my order,immediately after the order,on Friday 23/03/18.
The only logical conclusion i make is that this company is FRAUDULENT and all they care is to rip you off.
I recommend you to avoid it,they don't even reply to customer's messages,let alone to send you anything...

PS: I had a reply from Codistec,from Alberto,who told me that he was very sick for this time and that's the reason why he did not reply.
I have no reason to doubt and it is logical that someone who was seriously ill,as Alberto told me,would look for his health first,so the problem is now solved,i had no way of knowing that he was so sick and since he apologized for the delay,i consider the matter solved...

Although the package did not arrive as expected, we did eventually receive it. As some of the emails were not able to be translated into English,we could not understand the email about the time of delivery.
Every time we contacted Alberto for information, he always replied and did his best to find out what was going on. He was most helpful and the fact that he spoke English was greatly appreciated.
