Not trustworthy. Stay away from Codesigner.

Not trustworthy. Stay away from Codesigner.
I bought Codesigner on the 28th November. Design library not working, it been taken down by there team.
As for refund but nothing happens. They say they got a 30 refund policy but that's just to get people to buy, they don't honor that.

It's now 3 weeks later still no refund.
Warning to other WordPress developers stay away rather use ShopBuilder.

One of the worst deals I've ever gotten

I got the agency plan from them
Their offer is false, as the agency is not as they said, it is unlimited
You cannot activate the add-on until you return to them, and they ignore messages for a week or more, and they do not activate the add-on until after you scream for days.
Stop making updates in line with WordPress updates
The service does not work as advertised. There are payment procedures that you must do manually, otherwise you will have to pay twice to the affiliated companies.

Didn't work - did nothing for a month

I bought CoDesigner as an addition to Elementor Pro so that I could customise my Customer Email Templates.

I created the template that I wanted, sent out a test email and it looked nothing like the design. I was then told that the design team would look into it and fix the issue.

I chased every few days for a few weeks and was told that it was "In progress". I added a login tracker to my website so I could see how often they were logging in. They weren't.

When I highlighted this to them, they logged in the next day, did some testing and told me that the email templates don't work! The wording was "Sorry to say that our email has been designed this way"

I requested a refund on the 17th October, to be told it would take time, then after many messages I was told that it had been sent to the "authorities", chased again and it was been processed on the 24th October and still no refund.

They also try and bribe you with "extended licence" to put up with their poor product aswell as asking to leave a positive review for them and they will credit you 3 months extra.

Poor product, terrible customer service, once they have your money, your aren't seeing it again!

If you need to change Woocommerce email templates, use the free version of YayMail - it's superior to this in every way! .......and works!

Bad code, bad customer service...

Bought the plugin as it sounded like it was exactly what I needed. The plugin looks completely different to the screenshots on the website, vital functionality is missing and it simply did not work.

I reached out to ask immediately for a refund, they offered to help fix the plugin but after over 3 months I'm no further down the line, I pressed again for a refund only to be told to "wait" - I have had to file a report with my credit card provider to claim back the funds.

For those looking for a reliable plugin with GOOD customer support I'd recommend plugin: login-register-using-jwt (free plan available)

Takes a little more effort to setup/install but it actually works and the support team are exceptional!

Excellent suppot

Excellent support and wonderful plug-in. I had a problem with the license because my hosting is blocking their license system and they create a custom file just for me

Good

Hello,

I use a wordpress plugin of this editor since years.

I have been in contact several times with the support and, each time, the issue has been resolved.

Don't recommend unless you have the money and time to spare

Here I share my experience as a customer of their "Share Logins" plugin (purchased 09/20/22):
• 1 month at N1 support to realize that the DNS of his browser are not correctly configured and to be able to open a direct link to my admin
• 2 months in N2 support to debug the plugin and make it compatible with PHP8.0 (PHP7.4 no longer receives security updates)
• 3 months to ensure that the plugin meets WordPress standards and does not cause errors in the health of the site (and still not resolved today)

The competence of the support is chilling, especially for a login plugin, directly related to the security of your WordPress installation.

I should have been wary when reading their FAQ, which specified disabling the security plugins for Share Logins to work… absurd!

I don't recommend unless you have the money and time to spare.
