Pokemon etb

Paid £25 for a gift card waited a week didn't receive then took another week to receive a refund

The code was delivered instantly via email and the order confirmation page. Also, this order wasn't for £25 and it was never refunded. I have reached out to the customer to establish the reasoning for the review but I haven't recieved a response.
