Compared to my experience hiring consultants from Fiverr, the consultants Codeable has vetted and are top notch. I worked with Hasan and he was very conscientious. He was flexible and detailed during the proposal creating, quick with his responses, detailed with his questions and follow up, and was polite and professional throughout the project.

Follow up from previous review:

My site is totally broken.
5 years of work down the drain — and Codeable is holding no responsibility for the damage caused through their platform.

Site had errors after the dev’s task. He tried but couldn’t fix them. Then he instructed me to perform a restore — which I did. That restore crashed the site completely to it's current state.

From that point on, he took zero accountability.

The worst part? Codeable’s dispute team gave me a vague, dismissive response and sided with the developer, now claiming I’m “outside the 28-day warranty.”

But I reported all issues well within the warranty — and they took so long to respond, often repeating questions and dragging things out, that I can only assume they were waiting for the clock to run out.

I’ve now begun a chargeback with my bank.

Nathan is a fantastic ally- excellent at his work, responsive, understanding, and prompt.

Codeable's website designers are recommended by Elegant Themes/Divi Builder and expertly understand how it works. They have been able to address my issues and concerns in timely manner and have also spotted other issues that required work, then fixed them. They are consummate pros, and I highly recommend them.
