Poor service…

We have sent an email to say the post office has returned it to you as it was incorrectly addressed. But you still haven’t replied to us. So we can’t review. Please resend using instructions on our email or refund our money

My box of medication arrived damaged…

My box of medication arrived damaged and one item was missing. I emailed Coda and asked for the item to be resent. They did not reply.

Despite having been assured after…

Despite having been assured after receiving someone else's prescription that you have tighten up your despatch procedures, I have just received someone else's, if it occurs a third time then I'm going to have to find another supplier

Terrible communication, terrible customer services, appalling service completely.

Terrible communication. Tablets not sent out together. No communication in regards to where the rest are or when they are going to arrive. When we spoke to them on the phone "yeah they should come tomorrow" we informed the senior pharmacist that was on the phone that the call was being recorded and he laughed. Also said we won't be using their services again "yeah just make sure you remove us from your nominated pharmacy" no attempt of an apology.

Coda told me lies about availability

Coda told me one of my medications was no longer available but when I checked with the GP I found it was. Is there any point in writing these reviews as Coda never respond to them.
