First time trying Cocosolis — and the seller completely ruined the experience
This was my first time trying Cocosolis, and honestly, the experience has been awful because of the seller you work with (Notino). I paid over £40 for two products and one arrived half empty due to a loose cap. I sent every photo they asked for, including the weights, and they still refused to replace it.
Instead, they offered me a £5 voucher and even kept getting my name wrong repeatedly, despite it being clearly written on the order. It felt careless and disrespectful.
If this is how your official seller handles customers, it reflects badly on the brand. I expected much better from Cocosolis, and this first experience has completely put me off.
