System is down for many days and nobody answer from neither Linkedin, Email, Form or any other channel. terrible experience lately and I can't access my data, can't cancel my subscription or anything.
The system would go down for days at a time. The company also makes it very difficult to cancel your subscription. I finally figured out I had to cancel through Paddle dot net. Although I bought the HIPAA-compliant plan, I don't have total confidence in this company.
I am so frustrated with this company. Just renewed my membership and have not been able to access my forms via their website. Horrible customer service, and considering reporting this as fraud.
Our organization has been using cocosign professional for the last year and renewed the account at the begining of Feb 2024. However, even though we paid for a year of pro account, we cannot use our account at all and cannot reach anyone for support in cocosign. They stopped to answer emails.
It started very good. with unlimited envelopes. however at some point they platform stopped to send envelopes, contacted the support team, never replied. constantlgy sending emails as I paid for my subscription. they still ignoring mails, now way to call them at all.
