The travel bags we ordered are of superior functionality and top quality. However totally stunning has been the quality of service that we received from Cocoletti upon a polite request that we raised after full order settlement. They reacted fast, polite, accomodating and in a way that I had neirher expected nor anywhere else experienced so far. This is top of class service !!!

BAD QUALITY
The bags arrived, and taking them out of their protective sleeve the bad quality was immediately apparent. The zippers are weak, and one was broken. Inside, the lining is made of the cheapest possible polyester with weak seams and bad trimming. Loose threads hanging out.
RETURN?
Upon request they offer 15% (later more), because otherwise you'd have to send it back not to the Netherlands or a European shipping center, but to China at your own cost. The Cocoletti website is not at all transparent about this.
At one point they offered two additional bags which would have left me with 4 bags I don't want.
There are virtually the same bags everywhere on the internet at way lower prices, same disappointing quality. Don't get any of them.
The customer service is really nice, which does not help when the whole thing feels like a scam.

SCAM. I do not have my order. The email address info@cocoletti does not work - it bounces. The tracking info 'stops' and suddenly does not exist and the contact form is a never ending capture that you cannot complete and annot send the contact form to.
