While I agree with many of the positive reviews I've read here about great games selection, I'm absolutely stunned that there is no mention of the extremely slow payout practices, which is according to their customer support, 10-14 BUSINESS days, whereas most casinos pay within hours or a few days. Customer support is responsive at first, but becomes evasive and sends canned replies if you question payout practices. Good for gameplay, bad if you value timely withdrawals.

Cons / Dealbreakers
