This company should be shut down

This company should be shut down! They sell a crap product and their return policy is crap! Took forever to get it! As soon as I got I realized immediately that it was crap! Sent it right back! It’s been over two months and still no refund!
Wish there was some way to get them shut down! They are nothing but SCAMMERS!

Product is missing!

It's been almost 2 months, and they still haven't even shipped my order! I have complained and demanded a refund. They say they will refund me, but that this will also take some time.

How long does it take to transfer money? It took me a minute. They are liars.

Update* It's the 25th of february 2026 now, and there was never any refund and never will be.

SCAM - no refund

4 months after I returned my package, still no refund. This is after it took over 6 weeks to get the order in the first place (shipped direct from China). Also beware that you need to pay return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. Clearly not a "risk-free" trial like they advertise.

I should have read the other reviews. This pillow did not work for me - that's ok, it happens. However, I was within the return window and returned the pillow following their instructions in JANUARY and still do not have my refund. Every single time I reach out to them they're apologetic, etc, but I still don't have my refund. SUPER ANNOYING. Do NOT do business with this company.

Returned a pillow to this company…

Returned a pillow to this company because of an extreme chemical smell that did not dissipate over time. Followed their instructions for the return process and paid for return shipping. USPS tracking showed they received the pillow on March 13th,2025. As of May 1st I still have not received my refund despite several interactions with their customer support team! Beware of this company!

SCAM

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TRASH COMPANY. I ordered a pillow in November. After a month goes by I reached out asking what was going on and they informed me that they messed up and were shipping me covid test. A month later I received a flat POS. After having to pay to ship it back in January i STILL have not received my refund 5 months later.

I ordered a pillow in December of 2024. 3 months later I got an email from Noah Reed stating deliveries were lost and that new deliveries would be sent out. After waiting another month I sent Noah another email asking where my purchase was. Noah said he would immediately look into it. I never heard back from Noah so I sent another email stating I wanted my money back and to take me off his email list which once again Noah said he would send my money back and take me off his email list. To this day I still haven’t received a refund and I’m still getting emails. At this point all I can say is I wouldn’t order anything from this company. You would just be throwing your money away I do have emails confirming my allegations

No refund issued/ Pillow has chemical smell

My husband bought this pillow for me at Christmas. It had an extremely strong chemical smell to it. I did sleep on it for a night, and the smell was too strong, and probably harmful to sleep on. We followed the instructions for a refund, and got approval for the refund, in January of 2025. My husband sent email after email to them inquiring about the refund. In March 2025 they told us the refund was in the “que” and would post to our account in 5-10 days. We still have not received the refund, and it is the end of April. If you go to their website they have 1100 5 star reviews! Scam, buyer beware.

They are 100% scammers

They are 100% scammers. I didn’t get any pillow from them but the tracking number is delivered and they are not refund money!!! I purchased 2024 Dec and I start refund process it’s been half month and they didn’t refund yet, DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW.

My experience has been extremely frustrating. Do not buy from this company. They will lie to you. They make fake promises. They will not refund you the money. I cannot believe how they can stay in business with this lack of customer service and making false promises. Run the other way and tell your friends not to buy from them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SCAM.

I’ve had the exact same experience as everyone else that is posted here. Ordered a pillow on December 16 a month later I still hadn’t received it so I contacted them and they assured me that they were giving me a 20% refund and were shipping the pillow out immediately but I never received a pillow so I told them I want a refund. Here we are April and after numerous numerous emails I keep getting the same BS response back and my money has yet to be refunded. I reached out to Affirm for help as well. They said it takes 30 days to hear back regarding a dispute. I really think we need to file a lawsuit against them. I am also going to hire an attorney. This is a scam.

I ordered the pillow and tried it out. I didn't like it and emailed for a refund since I was within the 100% guarantee. I shipped it out and it arrived at their facility on 12/16/24. I have been waiting and emailing about my refund ever since. They keep telling me yes, we have to inspect it. Yes, I am going to rush the request through. I would not buy or trust this company. Their is no 100% guarantee. If you buy the pillow, you will be stuck with the pillow or be prepared for them to rob you of your refund. Good Luck.

I will be filing a chargeback

Same here :) Ordered 2 pillows on March 2, heard nothing from them, but they keep bombarding me with their marketing emails.
5 days ago I sent them a question on my order, they said they'll check with the shipping team and get back to me in 72hrs tops. Guess what..never happened.
So I'm filing a chargeback with my bank and I recommend everyone doing do. A request for refund is something they can ignore, but a chargeback deducts the funds forcibly through Visa/Mastercard and the only way for them to claim the funds back is providing a proof of delivery. Which they absolutely cannot do :)

Its been 5 months and never received my…

Its been 5 months and never received my order. Every time I emailed them they would tell me the reorder is in process. That's been 4 months. I have asked for a refund several times and the conpany will not give me one. I have reached out to a lawyer to start legal action.

I ordered from this company four months ago. After emailing several times they stated that my order was lost in transit and state they will ship it again within the week. They have given me this same story 6 times. They won’t refund my money. This is a terrible company.

It has been over a month and I still…

It has been over a month and I still haven’t received my order. After contacting Customer Support multiple times regarding the status of my order, I get the same response- in transit, cannot provide exact delivery date and issues at the factory. I received two separate emails with a shipping update and asked for clarification and no response. I paid for expedited processing and requested a refund and the Customer Service representative completely ignored my request. If you want to track your order, they provide a link that directs you to CJ Packet. You are required to download the App, sign up for a 7 day free trial then pay $9.99 per week. I have never been asked by a company to pay for tracking information which raises a red flag! I’m very concerned this isn’t a legitimate company and plan to contact my credit card company. I don’t recommend buying from this company.

No refund still…

I actually received the pillows after about 2 months however we didn’t enjoy them and followed all their rules and jumped through all their hoops to return them and after 1.5 months, they still have not refunded me the 85% the said they would after a 15% restocking fee. I didn’t like the restocking fee after they said a 30day risk free trial but I’ll take the 85%. Well, maybe not…. Horrible service, do not buy from this company. I sent them proof of receipt at their warehouse on March 3rd. Still no refund.
