Excellent quality, selection, and shipping!
Very sleek and elegant with a hint of naughty! Very soft and well made items and the shipping time was impeccably short! The item packaging was beautifully wrapped in pastel pink paper and the boxes were tied with a slender satin ribbon bow! Found my place to shop for all my night to remember outfits! Thank you COAX for your excellent quality and stunning looks!

Almost perfect except for 1 thing..
So far I have only good things to say about this online shop except for 1 thing…
1). They have truly stunning and good products as well as a very wide selection.
2). Shipping is fast and extremely reliable. Each order is wrapped in pretty pink paper with a little Coax card attached. This gives a luxurious feeling.
3). Really good customer service.
I reached out to them because one of my orders had a tiny defect. They told me to add a picture of it and then a new one would be shipped. This is much appreciated.
The ONE downside I will give (which is also the only reason why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5) is that they don’t make their items in Size XS.
This is a big letdown. I’m very petite and size S is too big for me. Which then makes it impossible for me to buy many of their items such as harnesses and overall lingerie. And it’s such a shame because I adore what they showcase.
For a store that sells more or less only tight fitting items it’s very strange to not sell Sizes in Extra Small?? Not everyone has big breasts or model long bodies.
I hope this can be changed in the very near future.

We would like to clarify that your order was shipped promptly to the exact address you provided at checkout. Under normal circumstances, it should already have arrived. However, we can see that you later requested a delivery address change directly with UPS.
After contacting UPS Denmark, they confirmed that they have never encountered a process where the sender must approve an address change requested by the receiver. Unfortunately, this means there’s nothing further we can do from our side to influence the redirection or speed up delivery.
Since you initiated the change with UPS, we recommend reaching out to the new UPS Access Point or requesting delivery to a verified UPS shop, home, or work address to ensure the parcel can be received successfully.
