I entrusted Coastal Silver with some gold that belonged to my late mother to create a bespoke ring. Given the sentimental value of the gold, it was important to find a jeweller who would understand both the significance of the piece and my vision for its design.

The jeweller responsible for creating the ring is clearly highly skilled, and the craftsmanship is exceptional. Throughout the entire experience, the team remained courteous, respectful, and committed to delivering an outstanding result.

Amazing customer service. Went in to buy gift vouchers and asked to repair an old bit of my jewellery and they did an awesome job. Alot of the family has memorial jewellery from here 10/10 on everything, good look with the canoe.

Myself and my wife have purchased items previously from Coastal Silver, it has always have been a lovely experience, nothing is too much trouble and we always have a bit of a laugh with the owners. On the 12/03/24, we dropped by to ask if they could resize my wedding ring as my finger had got too big for the ring and it was becoming uncomfortable to the point I stopped wearing it. After a quick chat the was expanded to my request, re-soldered and polished until it gleamed. We were out the shop in 20 minutes. Brilliant service. I have arranged to take my signet ring in to also have resized. 5star service all round. Many thanks.

Visited for the Mothers Day Workshops on 10th March 2024.

We were greeted with Bucks fizz and wonderful smiles from the ladies running the classes.

We were three generations, Father, daughter and granddaughter. The whole thing was wonderful from start to finish and with the help our the tutors our rings turned out beautifully!

The session ended with tea and coffee and some delicious local cake.

Cant wait to come again for another workshop or to buy something from the stunning showroom next door!

I've just received my ring from Coastal Silver and couldn't be more pleased. I wanted a piece of jewelry made with my pets ashes and chose a spiral ring. The purchase included a free engraving of my pets details inside the ring. It came beautifully packaged with a certificate of authentication. What I really liked is that the leftover ashes not required for the ring were returned carefully packaged.

I made an order for some fingerprint signet rings in silver and gold and they turned out better than what I was expecting and the people who work there are so lovely and open to helping 🤍

Ordered many beautiful pieces of jewellery from here always amazing quality and beautifully packaged. Staff are very friendly and welcoming in the shop nothing is too much trouble . When ordering online its super easy and quick delivery. Would definitely recommend
