Do not buy from this company. Their system systematically cheats you. I bought a dress, paid and then received an email to say I still had the dress sitting in my cart, and that I hadn't paid. So I paid again. I received 2 that are really badly made and paid twice. I followed up with the service department and they told be they would give me a $10 discount and that I should give the dress to a friend. I will be reporting this company to the Australian authority.

Do not buy from Coacia.
The garments are not as advertised.
The garments are made from cheap material, ill-fitted and poorly designed.

I asked for a full refund when the garments did not arrive after 4 weeks. Coacia ignored my daily email requests to cancel and provide me with a full refund.
Then they responded with ‘you goods are in transit and should be delivered within 3 days’
I rejected the delivery and requested a full refund but they sent the goods anyway.

As good as advertised yet after reading reviews size were generous this was not the case. Should have gone with my gut and usual size.

Extremely disappointed with my goods. I purchased two dresses and the colours and style of dresses were nothing like the pictures posted. When I contacted customer care to return these I was “paid off” they started offering money as compensation and then when I tried to send back after many email attempts they finally send over the address and then followed up with another email stating they will credit and for me to donate the goods. The have only returned a small portion of the money and I have contacted numerous times to see when the funds will be refunded and they said to send back. It’s the most confusing situation and I will never purchase from here again and I would give a zero minus star if it would allow me to. Customer service is terrible and somewhat automated. I have over 20 plus emails back and forth.

Dress was exactly as it looked in the picture. Quality was good and sizing correct. Very happy.

I had to wait a very long time for my delivery which l wanted for Christmas, but came closer to New Year’s Day, l guess it was a pretty Busy time of year.

The dress on their website was a beautiful heavy cotton material and the dress that arrived was made from a flimsy, cheap material. I am not even going to bother emailing them as I know it will be a useless and frustrating exercise so will just drop the dress off to a Goodwill (charity) shop and hopefully someone else will like it.

My clothes arrived in a reasonable time and fit is true to size. The material and range of designs are good and the sewing of seams is neat. Well made fun dresses at a good price

Dress arrived, not the same pattern as advertised, poor quality material. Website says easy returns, NOT! Company offers part $refund and I can keep some crappy dress. To send back to Dubai is expensive when you think you’re ordering from USA. They are SCAMMERS….feel very ripped off and fooled!
