At the last minute I need 2 coach buses for an athletic run and Coach America found me from my Google search!!! Everyone I spoke to was friendly, accommodating and professional. They worked with me on getting the coach buses reserved, drivers confirmed, quotes received, etc. When our return trip was extended due to a weather delay, no problem. We will definitely be using them again.

We had a great experience with Coach America. Our bus was comfortable. Had no issues with AC which we usually do with other buses when traveling to Arizona. Steve was very kind, helpful and professional. One of our teens left their camera on the bus after our trip and Steve went out of his way to help us retrieve it. The family was most appreciative of this gesture. Our driver, Richard, was very accommodating and willing to make an extra stop on our way back for teens to get lunch.

Required Coach America's assistance with getting our team to our league's playoff games, and we could not be more pleased with the service. From the constant care delivered before and after service by their sales team (Steve Ropas) to the safe and quality driving, we would recommend Coach America to anyone.

We recently used Coach America for our Summer Retreat. We rented 7 buses for a trip there and a trip back. All 7 buses arrived together earlier than I had asked, the drivers were great, and they all stayed together for the entire 3 hour drive so all of our students arrived safely to camp together.

Steve is awesome, he was able to make out original pick up from from 11pm go to 8 pm. Once all marines were accounted for and no delays were made in the airport. He was able to get a bus available at 4 pm. The experience was amazing and would definitely recommend this service.

My company and I have been working with Coach America for the past of days and they have been nothing but patient and willing to work with us. In the Marines our timelines continuously change and Steve, at Coach America, has been nothing less than awesome. He has jumped through multiple hoops at all hours of the day and night to help the Marines get where they need to be at various locations across the United States. He never complains or says no, just that he will figure something out and make it work for when our timelines and movements change last minute. I am very thankful for someone to understand and to be as flexible as the Marine Corps is. Couldn’t ask for better service. They definitely go above and beyond.

Great things to say about this company from the price to the service. Everything ran smooth, I was checked on before and after the trip by my rep Steve, and our driver Dave was great the whole time. Definitely recommend.

Coach America and Steve Ropa were very professional. I had to take a youth group on a far trip. The bus provided was very comfortable, the driver was timely and safe. Their rates were competitive. I felt like they were willing to roll with the changes and help the whole way! Thank you gentlemen.

Our driver arrived ahead of time in a spotlessly clean vehicle & helped load the bus with food supplies & luggage for our group of 28. He was polite, punctual & helpful. What more could one ask for?
