Well, the question has been raised: where do I begin with the negative reviews? Here are the answers: cminds.com ("creative minds" - aka "John" from Israel) actually offers a "money-back guarantee." This applies if the WordPress plugins offered by cminds.com don't work, have errors, or even disrupt the functionality of the website in question. In fact, this is the case for me, as it is for the other affected users. Within just a few days, I purchased the cminds.com plugins "user submitted post" + "peepso integration" + "cm-answers-anonymous-posting-addon" + "cm-answers-expert" + "cm-answers-peepso-addon" + "cm-answers-pro" + "cm-answers-widgets-addon." Unfortunately—and I deeply regret this—none of the so-called "peepso integrations" actually worked. On the one hand, formatting (bold, underlined, etc.) was ignored when saving, date stamps were fictitiously set to "2035", and post status was set to "planned". Overall, my website's performance dropped by a good 35% after installing the cminds.com plugins. The graphical/stylistic integration was nonexistent. No matter which template was used for the respective cminds.com form, there was absolutely no match with the Peepso "block theme," and so on. Unfortunately, I have to say that I cannot recommend anyone buy plugins from cminds.com because—neither the free nor the paid plugins—none of the products were flawless. And with over 700+ million page requests per year on our platform, I certainly don't have the time to fix the plugin provider's syntax errors—especially when threatened with NOT GIVING ME A REFUND. That's truly unethical, inhumane, and malicious. It's such a shame. I wish I didn't have to write this.

I regret purchasing from CMinds. Their customer support is practically non-existent — messages go unanswered for long periods, and when they do reply, the responses are unhelpful. I also requested a refund within their advertised 30-day money-back period, but they have not honored it, despite multiple follow-ups.

It’s extremely frustrating when a company promotes a refund guarantee but then ignores it once a customer asks for one. Potential buyers should be cautious and ensure they are fully confident before purchasing. I expected transparency and reliability, but my experience has been the opposite.

Overcomplicated amateur level program with an even more worse helpdesk.
If you can even find your way around the enormously bloated and unusable userguide... Ask support questions and get amazing stupid answers you can barely understand because of the terrible English.

I made the mistake of buying the MicroPayments Wallet plugin.
Everything becomes credits which is great until you realise that you can only buy credits with credits. Which is just stupid because how are you going to get the credits to do so??
You should be able to buy credits with normal currency and then you buy whatever with credits.
Besides this enormous basic -failing- function there are also failing shortcodes. Even basic labelling goes wrong.

I am convinced all the reviews on the site are fake.

Their software doesn't work.
Their helpdesk is terrible.
Their refund policy is even worse.

Stay away people... stay away!

I purchased the plugin "CM E-Mail Registration Blacklist" since it wasn’t possible to test the free version, as I specifically needed the "whitelist" feature. Additionally, I overlooked that it was an annual subscription.

I felt confident making the purchase because they offer a 30-day refund policy, but unlike reputable companies, it seems you cannot cancel your purchase with Creative Minds.

I am accustomed to software developers allowing customers to change their minds and issuing refunds without issue. But not this time.

When I wanted to cancel the purchase because their plugin didn’t meet my needs, they refused to refund my money, claiming that I had "violated" their terms. They alleged that I had downloaded their plugin on two different IP addresses.

However, I cannot get an explanation of how it is possible for me to download their plugin on two IP addresses within 13 minutes and with a distance of 382 kilometers between them.
It is clear that there is something wrong with their data, which is concerning in itself.

Since it became evident that they refuse to refund my $37, I tried to make the best of the situation. But even with their own developer skills, they cannot make the plugin do what I need it to do.

So, we end up where I initially realized: the plugin does not meet my requirements and is therefore worthless. A complete waste of time and money, and a truly bad experience.

With such poor customer service and refund policies, I cannot recommend anyone to purchase from them.

Firstly, they do not have a free demo with limited features to test the product; secondly they do not entertain refunds at all because they know that their products are nothing but scrap.

I bought CM micropayments wordpress plugin along with an addon costing $98. Immediately, after download and installation, the plugin failed to active; I checked deactivating the all other plugins and manually tried to activate on database everything failed. Then I realized this is a total scrap which is poorly coded.

I requested refund via PayPal, without activating my license or using it seller turned rude rather issuing a refund.

Don't buy this scrap.

I bought a plugin to use for my wordpress site. Upon installing it and trying it, I found out that it would not fit my needs, as the source I was trying to read didn't match the plugin.

I wrote to CreativeMinds the same day, asking for a refund, because I couldn't use their product. They refused.

So be sure to read their lousy refund policy, and hope that the plugin you buy match you exact needs!
