The quality of the shoes is poor. I received the correct size but the large toe strap is too uncomfortable to wear. I’ve asked to return the shoes for full refund soon after I received them. I’ve sent information and photos as requested and have since then continued to get canned emails with no meaningful progress (they offered a 5% refund). It’s as if they are waiting for the 30 day return window to close. It has been frustrating to deal with them. Buyer beware.

I was shopping for slippers and saw an ad for this company. It appeared legit, but once I ordered and paid via ApplePay, all I got was a ‘thank you for your subscription’ instead of an order confirmation. Emailing the support triggers the same email every time from Maye Faye Help… I was suckered!
