They have not responded to my emails nor provided any support Since 14 Apr 2022.

Since August 2022 they have 0 updates, fixed or added new features. The biggest issue is there's no way to stop the app from syncing every time and juicing up so many resources.

Very good until the second month when the search function started to fail. It took a long time to search and when it got to 20% of the document the software shut down. It would no longer convert any documents or images and would not even load the document to be converted. I wrote several times and by different means to customer service and it has been 4 months and not a single response. Definitely bad customer service. I will not renew.

The best PDF editing software I have come across. Allows you to edit to the fullest. My rating is 5 star.

The software itself is good but I have contacted them 3 times to cancel my subscription before I get charged after the trial and have been ignored. I even removed all of the money from my bank account so they couldn't charge me then the moment I put some over to pay for shopping they've taken it. Please issue me a refund, this isn't fair.

Al in all Coolnew PDF is a great tool if you want to edit, password protect or convert pdf documents. I only miss the opportunity to insert form fields.
