Account and Customer Service
I have had an account with you for a long time but hadn't used it in awhile and for some reason my old account was deleted and I had to create a new one. I don't remember if I had any credits but if I did it is crappy to have them gone due to you guys deleting my account without any notice.
Also, on my latest purchase I did a return on one item and your process was confusing and took way more steps than necessary. I contacted customer service 3 times within 2 weeks and finally got a response. It should never take that long to get back to someone. Especially when your site says that you guarantee a response within 24 hours. Other than these issues I love the deals I can get from your company.

Received wrong items and customer service is hard to deal with
I ordered 3 pairs of leggings and received only 1 pair that I actually ordered. They other two items I received were: a completely different pair of leggings and a shirt. I have been trying to get a refund from them for hours on a chat but I am not getting anywhere. They keep telling me they sent a refund but it has not hit my account and I have not received an email about that or anything. Buyer beware.

Immediate delivery
