I ordered a product, looked great, but was not what we wanted in the end. So we returned it, sent an email to inform them. No response. Sent an email that theyve received the parcel and that I would like an response. Still no response, nor did I get a refund.
I messaged them trough etsy, got a response immediately and got a refund.
Apparently there was a small mistake in the email. Now everything is fine.
I am extremely satisfied with the communication with the seller (who kindly cancelled my first order upon my request, as I had made a mistake) and the high quality of the product: I just love how my upgraded furniture looks now! Looking forward to buy again from your shop.
