After a delivery issue, the company turned to radio silence. No word for weeks about a replacement, a refund, or similar. Now that Clutch Modern holds my funds, customer service is apparently less important.
Purchased in November with an expected delivery in March. Never receive ANY updates, other than IF I initiate a call to the company. Horrible customer service.
