Attention très difficile de résilier…

Attention très difficile de résilier l'abonnement et les prélèvements persistent. Service client quasi inexistant.

La résiliation est normalement très simple chez Clustdoc, permettez-moi de clarifier la situation.
Vous aviez demandé une résiliation qui a été mise en suspend puisqu'en même temps vous souhaitiez récupérer vos données ce qui nous empêchait de supprimer ces dites données.
La solution semble réglée désormais, merci de votre patience.

Dont trust this company

I am disappointed with this company. I had a lifetime license but faced issues transferring it to a new workspace. The lack of flexibility is frustrating for loyal customers. I don't recommend using this company's services; you could lose everything, and their answer is they can't do anything.
