It changed nothing for my morning…

It changed nothing for my morning energy.
I have not been able to get in touch with the company to process a return, or even a sign in to cancel my auto-ship!
No morning energy improved as promised....

My CC got charges multiple times to…

My CC got charges multiple times to Clubearlybird for almost $700 each charge, many only days apart. Sent them a Demand letter to cease and desist with the unauthorized charges and request a refund for ALL charges. Never heard of these clowns before the fraudulent charges started coming in.

New Customers Beware!!

This company lacks communication, lies in their adds they post, and overall doesn't care about their customers or how situations are handled with customer service. Beware of scam, when something sounds almost to good to be true. That's because IT IS, and that's This company! Don't waste your hard earned dollar!

The product is good but the customer…

The product is good but the customer service is not. I had an order that was placed on accident because the check out screen looks like the order was still being placed. I then some how clicked or got rerouted back to the main page and it didn't have anything in my cart but I didn't remember seeing the confirmation screen. So I also didn't get an email yet ( got one a few minutes later) so I thought I had just got sent back to the home screen. I was also ordering through my phone so it was not very easy to scroll through the long checkout and ad ons they have. The second time I made the order and went to check out I realized once it was finished that the screen at the end asking if I wanted to add more things was already past the purchase screen. So I then went back and checked my email to see 2 orders went through. Now I am paying full price for 2 tubs when I could have got them much less if I wanted 2 tubs which I didn't. I immediately looked for a way to cancel the order but due to the checkout process there was no account which I did have or way to confirm or cancel an order on my own. It said to send an email if you had issues with your order. So I sent an email minutes after I placed the order last night. I get a email this morning saying that "sorry" the order was already shipped and they cant do anything. I can refuse the order but that's only if I am home when it arrives. I can also pay to ship it back which I am sure will be $10-$15. Not to mention the shipping insurance charge they keep adding to my order that you have to go back and remove. Not sure what that even helps with. I was impressed with the product but the customer service is not helpful at all.
