I was booking for my honeymoon I was looking around for good rates. I rememebered I was a member with Club 1 and went on thier website. I booked in less than 5 minutes and saved 25%. It was such a worry free expereience.

I have had great experiences with club 1's customer service. I'm giving 4 star because I want people to be aware that the StayHVN side of ClubOne is completely different and pretty difficult sometimes.

I booked some hotel rooms through Club1Hotels and the experience was ok until last year when my pre-paid booking was not recognized by Accor Hotels in Paris and I had to pay again at the hotel front desk. Then the Club1Hotels customer service did not give any solution at all and I ended up paying twice. I would not recommend this service until they become more reliable.

We have booked through Club 1 hotels many times and have had great experiences with booking. We have not run into any issues with our reservation when arriving at the hotel..so far so good. We will continue using them to book our travel

I just started making my hotel reservations with Club 1 and they are fantastic and very professional. I am pleased with them. If you really want to receive a good price and excellent customer service and get the best price hotels use them.

They charged twice for my reservation that after was cancelled, but I never got my money back, I contacted them for the only way (text messages) and they say they will not refund as they had a debit from my card (that is not true). They charged after my disputes 4 times again but they were reversed after my complaint, and is not a small, we are talking now about $ 3,557.04.
Don deal with this Company is a mess, and there is nobody to talk with.

Your response is not accurate, today Amex took again my dispute because they saw that the amount is still not credited in my account that has to be in $0 and is showing that I owe $3,557.04, your website shows 4 sales for the same amount and only two refunds, so they are missing two refunds as the reservation was cancelled on time and was charged twice.

After an initial hotel booking in Miami, then this travel website became a scam as they blocked my login and never responded my messages. They never answer the phone with a Chicago area code, it's an answering machine based in a landline. The recording states that "all agents are busy with other customers" but that is false. Simply Club1hotels does not have any call center, and be lucky if they respond your email messages.... and there is never the name of the agent who replies.

Be careful as Club1hotels bribes some users by offering discounts or upgrades if they write positive or favorable reviews. Therefore, many reviews are not to be trusted.

After joining this website Club1hotels I was blocked after making a booking. I had to repeat complaints as to why I was blocked and the answer was ridiculous and had no signature. Who answered?

The anonymous answerer ignores that Chile is a neighboor country of Argentina.

Would not honor the price match guarantee. Use a more reputable travel company.

Scammer. Run off with my money and then called the hotel and told them I paid with a stolen credit card.

He is also not licensed to be a travel agent for Holiday Inn.

Club 1 hotels is a scam.
They issued a voucher for a luxury hotel, that wasn't recognized by the hotel. I spent hours at phone on the other side of the world, and it was a total disaster. No assistance, no refund. Avoid it.

I follow up the answer given by Club1 hotels for informing they are affirming the false. Rate was with half board, and the hotel didn't recognized. Club1 hotels ensured ensured they would refund us, and they never did. The worst, they totally disappeared... but they have time to reply here. I am proceeding with my American express platinum to block the amount and sue them.

Most everything was good, but their FINAL TOTAL was incorrect. When we checked out, there was a extra bill that was slid underneath our door with an ADDITIONAL $116.48. I immediately got in touch with Club Hotels and was informed that their RESERVATION TOTAL doesn't include hotels extra tack-ons. My point is WHY would we need this site then? They're supposed to find out the best deals. VERY disappointed. I would have never booked this place had I known they were going to screw us over with extra fees. These should be disclosed to those booking.
