It was easy to book hotels and good options available.

Had a great stay at the Choice hotels, the room was clean and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. Overall, a pleasant experience that I would 10 on 10 recommend

When you call they're always very courteous and friendly

Club 1 was very easy to work with in making my reservation at he hotel in Rio and their rates were better than the hotel's rates

It is very clear and concise description of all the information a client needs to travel to a certain destination.

The member service is terrible, they say they refunded me a canceled reservation and that was not the case. They don't respond to emails.

This website was a blessing to find! It’s my first stop before booking any vacation as hotel rates are so competitive and reasonable for majority of the hotels. Only wish that the customer service number would be more easier to contact without answer.

Ladies and Gentleman,
Several times the Hotels told me that they did not get my bookings, eventhough i did get confirmations and i did pay already.club1 did not reply.i could not use my several bookings that i did pay already.it was a long time ago but its still sad.

There is a good selection of hotels on Club1, and it is a trustworthy, reputable site with one of the most generous rewards I have seen. The only downside is the user interface needs a serious update, especially when it comes to showing pricing on the search results page.

This hotel is excellent. Located in a very convenient place. Many wineries nearby. Only 3 miles from downtown.

Club 1 has great customer service and rates I've never received before I love them an will continue to use them.
