This tshirt I order from that online shop last month is super good and really great actually. Price was cheap so I guess amazing deal. My friend say he liked this one better than another brand too. Overall I give 5 star and definitely buy again even not on sale because quality is top pls keep it up shop!

I had a good experience shopping on their site. I got a few jeans and the worker helped me pick out the right size. Everything feels well made. Prices are fair for what you get.

In all my years of online shopping this is by far the worst online store I have ever dealt with. I never leave bad reviews but the complete lack of care shown to me has led me here. What I ordered didn't show up and instead a completely different item of clothing arrived. The piece that did arrive was cheap and nothing close to what I wanted.

I wrote them email after email trying to get this sorted and they're reply time is awful. Sometimes weeks went by and I had no answer to a follow up on my order. I tried contacting their social media, their online customer service, not one of them got responses. They kept kicking the can down the road. I honestly gave them two months to fix it and they couldn't. A complete joke. Finally I initiated a charge back and have now been refunded only after I went to my bank. Nobody should go through that hassle for a jumper. It's as close to a scam as it gets. They present themselves well but beneath it is a company that takes your money and doesn't give you what you want in return. Don't buy from them.

I ordered pants that were different from the ones advertised, with significant quality issues and sun stains. When I tried to return them, the company initially claimed there was an issue generating a return label. They then offered me a full refund, which I accepted. Despite my frequent follow-ups over the past two months, I have not received a return label to send the pants back or a full refund.

I found the signature style glasses to be better than I thought. Especially the price is good in addition to the speed of the product delivery.

I ordered and initially it didn't fit :/ but I told their customer support and they got me fixed up right away. i like the shirt a lot

I was apprehensive after reading negative reviews on various platforms, but my experience turned out well. I placed my order on April 20th and received immediate confirmation. Tracking updates appeared on April 24th in my local post application, though there was a five-day gap before my order arrived on May 1st. Upon inspection, I found three items out of four. Despite my initial concerns, the Clout support team promptly contacted me to apologize for not having the remaining item in my chosen color and size, offering several solutions including a refund. I opted for a replacement item, which they confirmed the same day and shipped a few days later. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience, although product quality may vary, but not bad at all.

Adored this sweater from the site it’s rather large I typically go for a medium and I got that but it does fit like large. Cozy soft

I was about to place an order on this website. And when i was about to finish the payment info it said that the payment was declined. But when i was looking at my bank account it still tok my 70 dollars! THEY ARE THIEFS!

I ordered the "To the Top" oversized knit sweater on 10/04/2022, I got a confirmation email of my order the same day. I ended up reaching out to them 6 days later on 10/10 as I had not heard anything about the status of my order... No response... So yesterday 10/19 I attempted again, this time using the number they said you could text.... nothing.... The only way I was able to find out anything is because the SHOP tracker app just sent me an alert this morning saying that my order was on its way to be delivered. And I checked my email this morning and I see where they finally responded to my email I send back on 10/10... I am not at liberty to speak on the quality of the clothing as of yet, but I can say that the customer service experience is pretty much non existent and I will not be shopping with them again...

I ordered 3 times from clout collection and I got the right item within 1 week or 2 weeks to Switzerland. The quality of the denims are amazing. Never contacted the support so I can’t review that.

Cute styles and the items arrived in a timely manner

I ordered their bone varsity jacket and paid for expedited shipping... I received the jacket a MONTH later. I pestered them for weeks until they refunded my shipping total. Once, I received the jacket I was disappointed. The material is not worth over $60. It was not thick at all and quite short. Definitely will not be shopping here again.

Got super stoked for my Division Bell hoodie I ordered an entire month ago. USPS updates say they haven't even shipped it yet. Emailed both of their emails and won't stop until I either get a refund or I get it shipped. Not about to let them rip off a broke college student.

Terrible experience … paid for something and received nothing … buyer beware … customer service does not exist … good luck to you if you run in to issues … will NEVER purchase Clout again …

I've been shopping Clout Collection for a few years now and I must say, there is nowhere else I can get clothes like this. It's a different kind of drip.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DONT GIVE ANY REFUNDS. ORDERED 3 ITEMS ANS ONLY 1 CAME, THE ONES THATS SHOWED ARE HORRIBLE QUALITY! WANTED A REFUND AND HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE

Worst quality clothes I’ve ever received, I got the no name butterfly shirt and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture, the shirt material is like swim suit fabric shiny and smooth, and the print on the shirt is thick and rubbery and shiny and the shape of the shirt is so weird, the sleeves are tight but the main part is boxy it was 30 dollars and I’m pretty sure this whole site is a scam

I returned the items due to the size and i nevers received the refund (60 euros). i called, i sent many emails and never reply ...dont make any orders with this compagny it seems not professionnals at all...it is not a serious compagny.

It's a cheap knock off company. It took well over a month to ship but did eventually come in. However the shirt looks nothing like the pictures on the website. I bought the acid wash butterfly shirt and I was actually able hunt down the original design by Aelfric Eden. It's on his website and it's called AE "Retro Butterfly" Series. I wouldn't trust anything on clout collection.
