Great support from the team at Cloud Wireless. I would use them again.

Been with Cloud Wireless since they started over 6 years ago and the company has gone from strength to strength. The network provides fast broadband with few interruptions. Yes there have been issues, but the support team are always quick to diagnose and fix problems as soon as possible. We’ve been more dependent than ever on reliable internet since Covid, so many thanks to Kevin and his team for keeping the network running smoothly through these difficult times.

So delighted with the service and dedication from the team at Cloudwireless. We’re in a local black spot in the lee of a hill near Alphington.

Kevin and Mitch made 3 visits advising on the placement of a relay site on the hill, and now we’ve gone from 4-8 (0.5 upload) to 80 (20 upload)!
We were struck by the really impressive customer service who’s - Kevin was sending emails out at 4am on a Saturday. Mitch arrived the same day and worked unflappably through a day of rain to install a new site. Visual impact on the house is minimal, they installed inside through a 40cm stone wall with no fuss or mess.

Such a ‘can do’ attitude. Nothing was too much trouble despite some unexpected family circumstances - much appreciated.

If only Kevin and Mitch we’re running BT Openreach!

Fantastic service, prompt and great communication. We are NHS workers and they found a way of installing it without any risk which means we can work. We are hugely impressed and grateful and the speed we have now makes me wonder why we waited so long. For rural communities there is no plan to connect us all at high speeds but we have gone from 1-2mb to 35mb with cloud wireless. So, trust the speeds, the service is exemplary and enjoy!

Cloud Wireless has brought a state of the art wireless internet solution to rural areas and they have certainly done it very well!

We still enjoy speeds that cannot be supplied by any other provider to my address and this has literally changed everything.

I have now been able to work from home full time as an IT Tech and have very few downtime issues, when there is an issue they are always quick to resolve.

The company has come a long way from the early days of which i was part of and is now a great reliable service provider.

Used online coverage map, checked with sales team, booked installation date. Engineer arrived and was unable to help as we were not covered by the service.

In reply to your reply - you obviously haven't checked my details as my property is not ' in a big dead spot' but within the coverage map. I checked with youre sales team who also assured me it was covered before placing an order which I could not do without paying an upfront fee.

Excellent speed. No problems so far.

I have been a customer of Cloud Wireless for a number of years now and can safely say that the service is second to none when it comes to speed and reliability. Working in IT and only being able to get 1.2mb from BT stopped me from working from my office at home, now with speed in excess of 150mb I can service my clients needs without the need to travel to London.

Excellent service and a massive change to how we access the outside world! Highly recommended.

To be honest, Cloud Wireless has changed our lives! BT has been awful and couldn't care less. We did use a satellite company for years, which was good at the time, but very slow by today's standards. And then we discovered Cloud Wireless. Installation was very easy, and suddenly we had amazing broadband. It has been extremely reliable, and we would recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed a fast and helpful response to a problem from a small local team which contrasts with the ghastly experience of dealing with BT/Openreach who couldn't care less.
We are lucky to have Kevin and his team in our area.

Such an efficient company to work with. Not only has the set up experience been top notch but customer service afterwards has been excellent. Very happy with the service and supply.

The broadband speeds, upload and download, are excellent, far better than anything available through the phone line. There have been literally a couple of occasions when the service has been interupted but these have been resolved within a few hours. The VOIP service is not yet perfect when operating with DECT phones, with several reboots required over the last 12 months to maintain the service. There is no call blocking option and also a problem where callers hear a strange recording when trying to leave a message. But overall, we are very pleased, particularly with the broadband.

We are in a difficult location and have suffered BT; Cloud Wireless is an excellent alternative / solution. Supply sometimes affected by extreme weather (because of our location) but support very good and problems always given immediate attention. Yes I would recommend.

After years of BT giving us a dire broadband connection we finally bit the bullet and had Cloud Wireless installed, fantastic stable connection, speeds we could only have dreamed about and a quick friendly and efficient service from booking it to getting it installed.
